Role: Supply Executive

As a Supply Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end supply process-from lead

qualification to purchasing. You will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, promoting

the companys sourcing concepts globally, and independently managing order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify and prioritize purchase leads to maximize conversion rates.

Proactively cold-call potential suppliers to expand the supply network and secure

high-quality stock.

Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers across Europe.

Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure supply aligns with

demand.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.

Maintain detailed records of supplier interactions and agreements.

Identify and qualify new sourcing opportunities to drive continuous business

growth.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a commercial role (preferably in sales, supply chain, or

procurement)

Fluency in English and French

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Proactive, passionate, and responsible go-getter attitude Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management

skills

Creative and proactive problem-solving capabilities

Flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced, international environment
