Process Optimisation Consultant
Role Summary
The Process Optimisation Consultant will support detailed process mapping, analysis, and documentation
activities. The role will execute AS-IS and TO-BE mapping, contribute to SOPs and redesign outputs, and
support workshops and pilot activities as part of the core delivery team.
This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on-site presence during the initial phase
and reduced on-site requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in
Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Execute AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and documentation
Support workshops and capture pain points, exceptions, and improvement ideas
Develop SOPs and operational documentation aligned to TO-BE designs
Support pilot activities and process validation
Maintain high documentation quality and version control
Work Model and Location
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Hybrid model; 2-3 days a week onsite
Required Experience and Skills
2–3 years experience in process mapping or operations improvement roles
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Comfortable working in workshop-driven delivery environments
Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
Preferred
Exposure to consulting or structured transformation programmes
Familiarity with process mapping tools (tooling to be finalised with client)
Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory
