Audit Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated Audit Team Leader to join a well-established and growing business advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and lead a talented audit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support audit directors and senior leadership in managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout the audit process and addressing inquiries or feedback promptly.

• Lead, coach, and mentor audit team members to ensure successful delivery of audit engagements.

• Plan, oversee, and review audit work to maintain high-quality standards.

• Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior audit staff.

Education, Skills, and Requirements:

• University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field / ACCA qualification (or equivalent).

• 3-4 years of experience in audit.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
