We are seeking a motivated Audit Team Leader to join a well-established and growing business advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and lead a talented audit team.
Key Responsibilities:

Support audit directors and senior leadership in managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout the audit process and addressing inquiries or feedback promptly.

Lead, coach, and mentor audit team members to ensure successful delivery of audit engagements.

Plan, oversee, and review audit work to maintain high-quality standards.

Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior audit staff.
Education, Skills, and Requirements:

University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field / ACCA qualification (or equivalent).

3-4 years of experience in audit.

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
