Go-to-Market Manager (Remote)
Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Go-to-Market Manager to drive product launches and market entry initiatives on a global scale. This role acts as the bridge between product, sales, marketing, operations, and external partners ensuring new products are successfully introduced, adopted, and scaled across multiple markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and own go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market entries, and channel expansions.

Define positioning, value propositions, and target customer segments in collaboration with product and marketing teams.

Build launch roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
2. Execution & Coordination

Manage cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Oversee content and messaging for campaigns, websites, marketplaces, and B2B channels.

Ensure pricing, packaging, and promotions are competitive and consistent across markets.

Coordinate training and enablement for sales and account management teams.
3. Market & Channel Management

Lead market entry projects across e-commerce marketplaces, retail, and distribution partners.

Monitor performance of product launches and campaigns across geographies.

Identify and onboard strategic partners, agencies, or distributors.
4. Performance & Optimization

Track KPIs such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and channel performance.

Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to optimize the customer journey.

Continuously refine GTM strategies based on market data, competition, and analytics.
Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in marketing, sales, e-commerce, or business management.

Strong background in product launches across multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, B2B).

Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and iterating based on performance data.

Knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, BOL, MediaMarkt, OTTO) and aggregator platforms (ChannelEngine) is a strong advantage.

Experience working across international markets and cultures.
