Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the full onboarding process, offering resources, training, and introductions to key internal stakeholders.
- Collect, review, and verify all required documentation (e.g., contracts, KYC/AML) to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory obligations.
- Conduct initial training sessions to familiarise clients with products, services, and support channels.
- Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other systems throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement in onboarding procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and onboarding efficiency.
Requirements:
- A qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments related to the financial services industry is an advantage.
