Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the full onboarding process, offering resources, training, and introductions to key internal stakeholders.
  • Collect, review, and verify all required documentation (e.g., contracts, KYC/AML) to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct initial training sessions to familiarise clients with products, services, and support channels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding journey.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other systems throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement in onboarding procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and onboarding efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM system experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments related to the financial services industry is an advantage.
