Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven US Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales team across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and supporting the development of the Territory Sales Executives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute US-based sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Set clear KPIs and targets for the sales team, ensuring consistent performance tracking.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth areas and improve sales approaches.
- Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Executives, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to elevate team capability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of new team members.
- Encourage knowledge-sharing and team collaboration to drive collective success.
Client Relationship Management Serve
- as a key contact for strategic clients while managing high-value accounts.
- Assist team members with resolving client concerns to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to enhance customer engagement.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports to the Head of Sales.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
Operational Compliance & Efficiency
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and regional compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics and account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and service delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise maximiseiciency.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in sales leadership roles, ideally in B2B or FMCG environments.
- Strong coThe candidate possesses strong coaching skills and has extensive experience in and scaling sales teams.
- ExcellentI possess excellention, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territories.
