About the Opportunity

A well-established international business operating in the iGaming and technology space is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal Counsel to support its expanding operations. This is a dynamic in-house legal role offering exposure to diverse legal matters, cross-border activity, and strategic projects, including M&A.

Youll work closely with the Head of Legal Operations and wider business functions to manage legal risk, provide actionable legal advice, and ensure compliance across a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on contract negotiations and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements:
• Game supplier contracts
• Payment service provider agreements
• Marketing agreements and NDAs
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to stakeholders across commercial, regulatory, privacy, and marketing areas.
• Support on regulatory compliance and local licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific legal issues, disputes, and licence applications.
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments across operational areas.
• Contribute to internal legal training and development of legal processes and resources.
• Support the management team on M&A transactions and corporate legal matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer in a recognised jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years' PQE, ideally from a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience within iGaming, tech, or M&A is considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to handle commercial contracts independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment. 
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

• A collaborative team player with the confidence to take initiative.
