Tech Recruiter

 Job Description:

We are looking for a Freelance Tech Recruiter to join our network and help scale tech teams for innovative companies across various sectors, including fintech, SaaS, gaming, and Web3.

This assignment is not your typical recruiter role; we're seeking someone who is equally strong in talent sourcing and client acquisition. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and identifying companies that need hiring support. You'll work independently but with the backing of our established brand and global headhunting process.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates for tech roles (engineering, DevOps, product, data, etc.)
  • Manage client relationships and understand their hiring needs 
  • Actively identify and approach potential clients to onboard them to our recruitment services
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline using creative and strategic sourcing methods
  • Partner with internal consultants to deliver a seamless recruitment experience
  • Use our tools and platforms (ATS/CRM) to manage processes efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset and strong sales instincts
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time and targets
  • Knowledge of the tech industry and current hiring trends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit you enjoy building and growing accounts
  • Comfortable with remote/freelance setup (you must have your own equipment and workspace)
