Corporate Services Executive

Overview:
R77 Elite Talent is proud to be exclusively supporting a well-established Corporate Services Provider (CSP) in Malta in their search for a diligent and driven Corporate Services Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about corporate governance, client support, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic professional services environment.

As part of a growing and collaborative team, youll play a key role in supporting both internal operations and a portfolio of local and international clients. Youll be entrusted with maintaining compliance, managing corporate changes, and ensuring clients ongoing operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit statutory forms and resolutions to the Malta Business Registry (MBR).
  • Manage company formations, corporate changes, and company register maintenance.
  • Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions and contracts.
  • Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts, maintaining strong bank relationships.
  • Act as a main point of contact for corporate client communication and day-to-day affairs.
  • Ensure clients remain fully compliant with local laws, regulations, and filing deadlines.
  • Liaise with MBR and other relevant authorities for corporate matters.
  • Support onboarding procedures, conducting KYC checks and ongoing due diligence.
  • Assist in handling applications related to residency programmes and employment visas.
  • Keep clients informed of regulatory changes and assist in implementing necessary updates.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a corporate services or company secretarial role.
  • Knowledge of Maltas corporate regulatory framework is essential.
  • Diploma or higher education in Legal, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Fluent in both English and Maltese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, capable of working under pressure.
