On behalf of our client, a leading FMCG distributor across the 40+ countries in the EU and US, we are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company's digital presence and drive online sales performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead e-commerce strategy, elevate the brands digital footprint, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce and digital marketing strategy to increase website traffic, customer engagement, and online sales.
Manage and optimise the companys online store, ensuring seamless user experience, up-to-date product listings, and effective promotions.
Coordinate digital campaigns across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid media channels to boost visibility and conversions.
Analyse performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies to drive growth and ROI.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of marketing plans.
Identify new e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the business ahead of the curve.
Oversee the digital content calendar and ensure alignment with commercial goals and seasonal promotions.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo).
Demonstrated experience in driving online sales and optimising digital customer journeys.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting marketing data and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
