About the Role:

R77 is partnering with an international land and property development firm to recruit a Market & Feasibility Analyst. This role supports strategic land acquisitions by delivering robust research, financial modelling, and feasibility studies. The focus will be on large-scale residential and commercial land projects across Germany and wider EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across residential and retail sectors.
• Evaluate land sites for development using zoning, demographic, and infrastructure data.
• Build financial models to assess viability (ROI, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
• Prepare feasibility studies, investment memos, and strategic reports.
• Track property and land value trends across key European regions.
• Collaborate with acquisition, legal, and planning teams to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 35 years experience in real estate research, investment analysis, or planning.
• Strong modelling skills and experience in Excel or analytical tools.
• Knowledge of land use planning and permitting processes in EMEA/Germany.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Open to relocating or commuting to Malta regularly.
