R77 Elite Talent (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller of the personal information you submit through our Careers page.
1. What we collect

Identification & contact details (name, address, phone, e-mail)

CV, cover letter, portfolios and answers to screening questions

Interview notes, assessment results and reference checks

Any other information you voluntarily provide (e.g., salary expectations, work-permit status)
2. Purpose & legal basis
We process your data solely to evaluate your suitability for current or future roles and to communicate with you during the hiring process.

3. Retention
Data for successful candidates will be transferred to your employee file.

Unsuccessful candidates' data will be deleted after 12 months unless you provide consent for a longer talent-pool period.
4. Sharing & transfers
Your data sits on secure servers in the European Economic Area. Access is restricted to our HR team, relevant hiring managers and vetted service providers (e-recruitment software, background-check partners) bound by strict data-processing agreements. We never sell applicant data.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or port your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent without penalty.

6. Security
We use encryption, role-based access controls, monitored logs and periodic audits to keep your information safe.
