Your Role

As a Technical Project Lead at Radity, you will act as the bridge between business and engineering. This is not a people management role, but a hands-on position requiring strong analytical thinking, technical understanding, and structured communication.

You will work closely with stakeholders and internal engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and clarify business needs with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and documentation.
• Work hands-on with data analysis and SQL to validate business logic and outputs.
• Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment.
• Coordinate delivery timelines and track progress across teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure high-quality documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and software development processes.
• Experience in financial services or insurtech is highly preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
