Technical Business Analyst (Insurance / AMS)

 Job Description:

Radity is a global software engineering company delivering innovative digital solutions to clients around the world. We're passionate about building great technology and fostering a collaborative environment where people grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.

We're currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our remote-first team. If you enjoy working with data, systems, and business processes in a hands-on role, this is your opportunity to contribute to real-world insurance operations and system improvements.

Your Role

As a Technical Business Analyst at Radity, you will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. This is a hands-on role focused on system workflows, data, and integrations rather than people management.

You will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements, especially around Agency Management Systems (AMS) used in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders and agency users
  • Translate needs into functional requirements, documentation, and process flows
  • Work with data, system workflows, and integrations (especially AMS platforms)
  • Support system configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, IT, accounting) and external vendors
  • Support AMS-related projects such as system setup, integration, and improvements
  • Perform data validation, analysis, and cleanup to ensure accuracy
  • Contribute to testing activities and validate system changes
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of systems, workflows, and data structures
  • Experience working with Agency Management Systems (AMS)
  • Experience in insurance domain, especially employee benefits, is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with BenefitPoint and/or Epic is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Fluent English (C1 preferred due to client-facing communication)

What's In It for You

  • Work directly with international stakeholders and real business operations
  • Exposure to insurance systems, integrations, and data workflows
  • A collaborative and transparent culture where your input matters
  • Flexible environment focused on impact rather than hierarchy
  • Support for learning, certifications, and professional growth
