Your Role
As a Technical Project Lead at Radity, you will act as the bridge between business and engineering. This is not a people management role, but a hands-on position requiring strong analytical thinking, technical understanding, and structured communication.
You will work closely with stakeholders and internal engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering and clarify business needs with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and documentation.
- Work hands-on with data analysis and SQL to validate business logic and outputs.
- Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment.
- Coordinate delivery timelines and track progress across teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure high-quality documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of system architecture and software development processes.
- Experience in financial services or insurtech is highly preferred.
- Salesforce experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
