Were currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our remote-first team. This role is ideal for someone with solid automation skills, experience testing complex business applications, and a keen eye for detail.
Your Role
As a QA Automation Engineer at Radity, you'll design, implement, and execute automated tests for enterprise-scale applications. You'll work closely with engineers and product teams to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance across business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
- Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for business applications.
- Validate integrations, APIs, and backend processes.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teammates globally.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Ensure software quality through regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in QA automation.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), B2+ level or higher.
- Strong background in testing business applications (finance, insurance, ERP, or similar domains).
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Salesforce testing experience is a nice-to-have.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
