Document Template Developer (HTML-CSS)

Radity is a Swiss software development company serving international clients in the insurance domain. We build insurance products, portals, and develop integrations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated HTML/CSS Developer - Template Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining document templates using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and Apache Velocity. Basic Java knowledge is required to handle logic embedded in templates. The workload will be centred around template development and styling.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, especially Tailwind CSS.
• B2 level of English speaking, listening, and writing.
• Familiarity with server-side templating and dynamic content rendering.
• Experience working with Apache Velocity or another templating framework is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of Java or TypeScript for handling embedded logic in templates.
• Understanding of clean, maintainable code structure and component-based HTML design.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Attention to detail and ability to debug layout/styling issues.
• Interest in TypeScript, Java, React and Next.js
