Were currently looking for a TypeScript Fullstack Engineer to join our remote-first development team. Your Role

As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, youll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. Were especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in NestJS, but frontend-focused engineers with Next.js experience are also welcomeespecially those eager to grow their backend skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js, React).
• Integrate with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers across the globe.
• Ensure application quality through code reviews and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and suggest improvements.
• Support and mentor junior developers as needed.

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with NestJS (or similar frameworks).
• Solid experience with frontend frameworks like Next.js and React.
• Familiarity with TypeORM, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and web application security.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (especially AWS) is a big plus.
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a love for clean code.
