Your Role

As a Backend Engineer at Radity, youll design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Python and Django. Were especially interested in candidates with strong expertise in Django Rest Framework (DRF) and a solid understanding of modern backend practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs with Django Rest Framework (DRF).
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and best software development practices.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment setups with Git.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python and Django.
• Strong proficiency in Django and related frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Solid understanding of web application security, networking, and protocols.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
