QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced QA Engineer to strengthen our QA efforts. In this role, you'll be an important part of our product development team, ensuring our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will help shape and execute our testing strategy, with a strong emphasis on automated testing, to deliver exceptional products to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases using modern tools such as Playwright.
• Analyze software functionality and identify, document, and prioritise bugs and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product updates and ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Work with tools like Datadog to monitor application performance, track errors, and validate backend metrics.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of testing tools, platforms, and frameworks, including those leveraging AI-driven automation.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, ensuring backend services are robust and reliable.
• Continuously stay updated on industry best practices in testing and automation technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on QA experience with a strong focus on test automation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Cucumber, and a willingness to explore emerging technologies.
• Experience using observability and monitoring platforms like Datadog to support testing and validation efforts.
• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher for effective communication with internal teams and clients.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and experience using Postman or similar tools.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
