We are looking for an experienced Cloud Administrator and System Engineer to take ownership of our internal IT systems and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and a range of self-hosted and SaaSbased platforms that power our internal operations and client projects.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for administering and evolving our internal cloud systems and services. This includes Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for the company, as well as cloud infrastructure and tools used across multiple development projects, such as Keycloak, low-code tooling, and developer collaboration platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Compliance & Security Center.
  • Manage user access, permissions, MFA, and security policies across internal and external systems.
  • Administer and maintain SaaS platforms and self-hosted tools used for development, delivery, and automation.
  • Support our engineering teams with infrastructure access, permission flows, and secure collaboration environments.
  • Set up and manage self-hosted tools like if needed.
  • Automate administrative tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Define and improve our internal IT workflows and policies, ensuring security and scalability.
  • Monitor systems and troubleshoot performance, access, and integration issues across environments.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools that can improve productivity, collaboration, or security.


What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT system administration or cloud operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with common SaaS applications and internal IT support processes.
  • Familiarity with Compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
  • Experience administering Keycloak or similar access management tools is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (Azure preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
  • Ownership mentality, structured thinking, and curiosity to improve systems continuously.
