In this role, you will take ownership of backend development efforts, collaborating with architects, DevOps, and QA engineers to build robust, scalable systems for complex financial and insurance use cases. Your Mission

  • Design and develop backend services using Go.
  • Work closely with the architecture team to ensure scalable and maintainable system design.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to optimize deployment and scalability in AWS environments.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Contribute to design and code reviews, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.
  • Proactively identify areas for technical improvement and drive solutions.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Work in a self-organized manner, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Go (Golang) development experience.
  • Strong understanding of backend engineering principles, including distributed systems and microservice architectures.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and caching strategies.
  • AWS and DevOps experience (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.) is highly desired.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with a disciplined, structured work approach.
