Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as needed.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

  • Organize and maintain digital files, contacts, and documentation using cloud-based tools.

  • Take initiative to anticipate needs and address them proactively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role (2+ years preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management platforms.

  • Self-starter who can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or remote teams.

  • Familiarity with project management or communication tools

  • Background in e-commerce, tech, or a digital-first business environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure in fast-moving scenarios.
