We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping identify qualified opportunities and setting appointments for our Account Executives. We provide the training, technology, and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable speaking with potential customers by phone and video.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
