We are seeking a digital marketing specialist to join a growing Marketing department in Tonyrefail. This role will involve the creation of a variety of marketing activities and we are looking for a driven and motivated all-rounder. Specific Duties:

  • Creating digital marketing strategies across social media channels, PPC campaigns, email and website marketing.
  • Developing engaging content for digital methods, adverts, product pages, newsletters, brochures, flyers and more.
  • Communicating company values and objectives to employees across the business through internal and offline marketing methods.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align objectives with marketing content.
  • Planning and executing marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Maintaining brand compliance and consistency across all channels.
  • Driving engagement and brand visibility through marketing research and initiatives.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Coordinating and distributing promotional items and corporate gifts.

The Person:

We are looking for a versatile marketer with a digital marketing specialisation. You will be part of a small and supportive team where you will collaborate closely with other departments. Proficiency in utilising social media scheduling tools and analytics is a must, alongside a knack for creating engaging and persuasive digital campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. A bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field is essential, as well as a minimum 2 years digital marketing experience.

We are seeking some of the following skills and attributes in potential candidates:

  • The ideal candidate must be creative, innovative and confident riding solo with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing techniques and B2B marketing strategies including SEO, SEM and Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads, PPC and email marketing.
  • Experience of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail for content creation, proof-reading and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with other teams.

Additional Information:

  • Full time and permanent position with options for hybrid working
  • Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
  • Hours of work are between 8.00am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
  • No weekend working and excellent benefits
