We are looking for an experienced individual to join a friendly team in Bishop's Stortford and provide customers with great service and assistance regarding their orders. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a flourishing business and make a difference to the customer experience. 

The Role

  • Responding to all email enquiries
  • Provide pricing and product information to customers via email
  • Updating the quotation system with client information
  • Following up on enquiries and keep records of all drawings and relevant documentation.
  • Professionally answering the telephone, taking all messages and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries received by all methods are dealt with efficiently
  • Matching invoices with delivery notes and checking order totals

The Person

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Experience of providing quotations to customers would be highly desirable
  • Confident telephone manner, happy to talk to customers over the phone
  • First class customer service skills - ability to demonstrate going the extra mile
  • Good PC skills, previous experience of using Word and Excel in the workplace

  • Salary up to £27,000
