What Youll Be Doing

• Be the heartbeat of our teammanage recruitment, onboarding, and retention like a pro

• Develop and implement fun, effective HR policies and systems that actually get used

• Partner with leadership to shape company culture (yes, you can bring the plants and playlists!)

• Own performance management, learning programs, and employee engagement strategies

• Handle employee relations with empathy, fairness, and a sense of humor

• Ensure compliance and HR operations run like a well-oiled (but people-first) machine

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HR experience (managerial experience is a big plus!)

• A warm yet structured approachyoure the person people trust and processes respect

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and modern HR tech tools

• Passion for culture-building, continuous improvement, and making work feel meaningful

• Bonus points if youve worked in fast-paced or growing teams (startups, scaleups welcome!)
