Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
Location: Ralali Headquarter (BSD)
Reporting to: CEO / Group CFO
Ralali Group is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations to lead capital strategy, fundraising, and investor communications as the company prepares for its next phase of growth, including potential IPO readiness.
This is a senior leadership role with high visibility, responsible for shaping financial strategy, managing investor relationships, and executing capital market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of group-wide corporate finance strategies aligned with growth, expansion, and long-term value creation.
- Act as a strategic finance advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership on capital structure, funding options, and financial performance.
- Drive financial modelling, valuation analysis, scenario planning, and business case development for strategic initiatives.
Capital Raising & Capital Markets
- Lead and execute debt and equity fundraising activities, including bank financing, private placements, PE investments, and pre-IPO funding.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, PE/VC funds, and capital market participants.
- Monitor capital market trends and proactively recommend optimal financing structures.
Investor Relations
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, analysts, lenders, and key financial stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, including investor materials, financial presentations, and performance narratives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor communications, ensuring transparency, consistency, and credibility.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support management decision-making and investor communications.
- Ensure financial information provided to investors and stakeholders meets regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record in capital raising, having led or significantly contributed to USD 10 million+ debt or equity fundraising within the last 2 years.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance structures, financial modelling, and valuation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; confident engaging with senior investors and board-level stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
