Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager will be a cornerstone of RAM BPO's commercial growth. This role leads both hands-on sales execution and the design of our commercial strategywith a sharp focus on new client acquisition, market expansion, and building the sales function from the ground up.

This is a builder-seller role: You will sell from day one, laying the foundation before scaling the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a scalable growth strategy aligned with company OKRs.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.

  • Analyze performance data and optimize the sales funnel.

  • Report sales KPIs and performance to the executive team.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and open new business verticals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets (new clients).

  • Prospect and qualify leads in target sectors and geographies.

  • Build and maintain a predictable, high-performing sales pipeline.

  • Automate funnel management and reporting using HubSpot.

  • Apply agile methodologies to iterate and learn quickly.

  • Prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience

  • Degree in business, administration, engineering, or related fields (not mandatory if experience is strong).

  • 35+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within tech, banking, retail, logistics, or public sectors.

  • 2+ years of direct experience selling BPO/BPS solutions.

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) mandatory.

  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM and automation tools.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and sales systems like Sandler.

  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a high sense of ownership and problem-solving.

  • Skilled at leading teams and giving/receiving constructive feedback.

  • Passion for tech and innovation.

  • Analytical mindset: ability to break down challenges and communicate solutions clearly.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
