Warehouse Manager Job Description:

1. Manage warehouse associates, monitor work, manage performance and ensure the safe use of

warehouse equipment.

2. Ensure a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and make sure they are sorted,

labeled, and stored per company standards and policies.

3. Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.

4. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

5. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

6. Ensure employees are trained on SOPs, equipment, all unit operations and systems.

7. Coach and discipline the warehouse team; communicate job expectations and review job contributions;

enforce policies and procedures.

8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety procedures by complying with company

procedures and policies.

9. Work under the guidance of the Operations Manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.
