About the job Product Manager

Rattleberry has partnered with a global travel and tourism company who are on the lookout for Product Manager. They are operating in a hybrid model, with travel to the Dublin offices for team gatherings around once or twice per week.

The role sits within the product management team and plays a key role in the planning, design and management of delivery of key value streams. You will be responsible for delivery of the companys digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring best in class customer experience and commercial performance.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Supported by the commercial and technology teams, the Product Manager will deliver and manage a programme of work that includes:

  • Translation of the digital vision into tailored deliverables, ensuring rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing an effective product backlog ensuring commercial value is prioritised.

  • Responsible for voice of customer and digital KPI performance and growth on website and mobile apps.

  • Establishment of the customer acquisition, merchandising and loyalty/ retention strategy, building lifetime value and direct channel growth.

  • Focus on business impact and actionable recommendations informed by high quality data analysis and metrics, incorporating a guest centric, omni-channel approach and end to end delivery.

  • Collaboration, alignment and delivery of the organisations digital and personalisation strategy ensuring class leading digital performance and guest lifetime value.

  • Providing key business direction and decision making, ensuring the entire team understands the vision, priority and key objectives.

  • Being a core part of the organisations digital transformation program.


Experience, Skills & Education:

The successful candidates will possess the following:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, UX or Technology related field and/or equivalent work experience.

  • 6+ years of consumer facing product management experience in web, mobile web and mobile app.

  • Strong program management skills, B2C experience, and demonstrated ability to synthesise data in a high traffic/revenue environment.

  • Excellent leadership and delegation skills; influencing and managing activities as part of a cross functional areas to plan and execute effective delivery.

  • In-depth understanding of product lifecycle and delivery, preferably at an enterprise level

  • Solid knowledge of agile design and development methodologies.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.

  • Eligible to live and work in the EU.
