We are helping a financial services client hire a Service Designer for a contract role. If customer journey mapping and service blueprinting are your thing we have the engagement for you. The client is based in Dublin City Centre, with most of the work able to be done remotely. 

They have a large transformation program ahead of them. As part of the preparation for this they need to map out the "as it" state of loads of customer/ user journeys.

Your experience:

  • Conduct some research and other related service design work, as part of the Experience Design team's squad.
  • There will be a tonne of cross-functional work as well as stakeholder influencing and management in the role as well.
  • This is an omni-channel program, so digital, in-person, telephone and data journeys will need to be worked on. So, if you have this kind of corporate/ large organisation journey mapping experience in your CV and you are looking to secure a contract kicking off at the end of September, we want to hear from you.
