Salary: $100,000 $170,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brands online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media content and campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.).
  • Monitor analytics and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize engagement.
  • Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams for brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing B2B or B2C social media accounts.
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Background in graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
