Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to input, update, and maintain accurate records in our database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Retrieve, organize, and process customer and business information.
  • Assist in report generation and document management.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Follow data management procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CRM systems, ERP software, or data processing tools.
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
