The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our BPO services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of our BPO services, including customer service, technical support, and back-office processes. - Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to ensure the highest level of service delivery and efficiency. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and agents to ensure they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service. - Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
