Trainer Executive German speaker

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to enhance the skills and performance of employees. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps within the organization.
• Creating engaging training materials and resources in German to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Delivering training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats, ensuring participants are actively engaged.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative training techniques and tools.
• Providing ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning and development.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in German, a passion for teaching and development, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Experience in a training role and familiarity with learning management systems will be advantageous.
