Job Title: Personnel Specialist Company: RayaCX Location: Cairo, Egypt Contract Details: Full-time RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company based in Cairo, Egypt. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Personnel Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our company has the best talent and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers - Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources management - Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques - Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt - Fluent in English and Arabic We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
