Position: Operations Team Leader

Job Overview: As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of operations specialists and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. You will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and implement process improvements to enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of operations specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
2. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
5. Identify training and development needs for team members and provide necessary training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and solicit feedback from team members.
7. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
8. Knowledge of customer experience management principles and practices is a plus.
9. Fluent in English and Arabic.
