We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service In Europe. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for BPO services. 
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and positioning tailored solutions.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with BPO market dynamics. 
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to successfully close deals. 
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and foster a goal-oriented culture. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within BPO or contact center industry. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of BPO industry Globally.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools
  • Financial awareness and understanding of budgeting processes

Languages
