Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mass Recruitment Supervisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-volume recruitment activities to support the fast-paced staffing needs of our BPO operations. This role requires hands-on experience in mass hiring, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end mass recruitment cycles across various accounts (voice, non-voice, technical, customer service, etc.).
 - Develop and execute effective high-volume sourcing strategies (job fairs, walk-ins, partnerships, referrals, social media, etc.).
 - Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met consistently.
 - Coordinate closely with Operations, Training, and Workforce Management teams to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
 - Drive innovative talent acquisition initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring quality.
 - Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
 - Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as fill rates, sourcing channel performance, cost per hire, and attrition.
 - Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, schools, job portals, and employment agencies to support hiring goals.
 - Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
 - Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and candidate experience.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mass recruitment within the BPO or similar fast-paced industry.
 - Proven leadership experience in managing and developing recruitment teams.
 - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment channels, and local labor market trends.
 - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
 - Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
 - Proficiency in ATS platforms, MS Office Suite, and online job boards.
 - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
 - Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or different shifts as required.
