Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled C1 English Speaker Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues by actively listening, identifying the problem, and finding a satisfactory solution.

- Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to provide the best support to customers.

Requirements:

- C1 level proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
