Trainer Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer Executive to join our team. As a Trainer Executive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our employees. You will work closely with our HR and management teams to identify training needs and create effective training solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees - Conduct training sessions on various topics, including customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge - Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and videos - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact - Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development - Maintain training records and provide reports to management on training activities and outcomes - Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and ensure they receive proper training to perform their job duties effectively - Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions - Mentor and coach employees to improve their performance and reach their full potential - Collaborate with external training providers to organize and deliver specialized training programs when needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer service or sales environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust training methods accordingly - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software/tools - Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Passion for continuous learning and development - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others - Willingness to travel for training purposes, if needed At RayaCX, we value our employees and believe in investing in their growth and development.
