FP&A Senior Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Senior Supervisor to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As the FP&A Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities for our organization. This includes analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency - Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's financial health - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations - Train and mentor junior FP&A team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a supervisory role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
