What will you do?

1. Team Management (Fleet Specialists):

  • Supervise and manage Fleet Specialists across all assigned sites
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage and shift alignment
  • Monitor team performance and productivity
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Ensure standardization of operations across all locations

2. Vendor Management:

  • Manage daily communication with bus service providers
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues

3. Contracts & Invoices Management:

  • Review and validate contracts
  • Verify monthly invoices against actual services
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure corrections
  • Maintain proper documentation and approvals

4. Coordination with Finance:

  • Review penalties, deductions, and adjustments
  • Coordinate invoice validation and processing
  • Ensure timely vendor payments

5. Fleet Operations Management:

  • Plan and optimize routes across all sites
  • Manage transportation schedules based on shifts
  • Monitor on-time performance
  • Handle breakdowns, delays, and emergencies

6. Service Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Monitor vehicle condition and cleanliness
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs across all sites

7. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare consolidated reports for all sites
  • Analyze costs and identify optimization opportunities
  • Track utilization and efficiency

8. Employee Support:

  • Oversee handling of employee complaints across sites
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Enhance overall employee transportation experience

9. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage GPS tracking systems
  • Develop contingency and emergency plans
  • Support new site launches and expansions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications needed: 

  1. Fleet Management & GPS Tracking Systems
  2. Vehicle Maintenance Planning & Coordination
  3. Transport Compliance & Cost Control (fuel, licensing, insurance)
  4. 6 to 8 years professional experience.
  5. Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment in the same role (Fleet Supervisor)
  6. Proven hands-on experience managing transportation operations with similar responsibilities
  7. Demonstrated experience in handling vendors, contracts, invoicing, and fleet operations
  8. Experience supervising team members (Fleet Specialists) across multiple sites.
