We are a dentist recruiting company working with a privately owned office that is seeking an associate dentist as one of their associates is relocating. The office has almost 500 online reviews, averaging 4.8 stars! They are seeking a full time dentist. They're requiring 2+ yrs of experience or a residency completed.

They have many established patients already as well as a lot of new patients each month. They are seeking a full time dentist but would consider part time as well.

The office is a mix of PPOs and fee for service. It is a beautiful and completely state of the art office with a CBCT, an iTero, digital x-rays, paperless charting and much more. They have an experienced and long tenured among their assistants, hygienists and front desk.

They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist, but would consider new grads as well, since they can provide excellent mentoring. There is also good collaboration with the other dentist.

General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures like implants or endo that is a plus but it is not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• State license to practice dentistry.
• CPR certification.
• Proven experience working in a dental practice.
• The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
