Raybrex Dental Recruiting is working with a state of the art and privately owned office in Wausau, Wisconsin. This reputable office is seeking an associate dentist due to high demand and growth.  They have an amazing team and all state of the art equipment.

A full time dentist can expect to earn anywhere from 250K to 400K per year, depending on procedures performed.  They have lots of active patients and many new patients each month. They can also offer wonderful collaboration and or mentoring if desired.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team in Wausau, Wisconsin. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with our team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive oral health services in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial patient consultations and examinations to assess oral health and develop treatment plans

- Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

- Monitor and track patient progress and maintain accurate patient records

- Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to ensure a high standard of care is provided to all patients

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and continuously improve skills and knowledge

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Valid state dental license in Wisconsin

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care

- Ability to work well in a team environment
