Pediatric Dentist

We are a dentist recruiting company helping a very reputable children's office that is seeking a pediatric dentist due to their dentist relocating. Their dentist is leaving on very good terms. This is a very well established and busy office.

A full time pediatric dentist can expect to earn around 500K per year depending on experience. New residents are welcome to apply as well as they can provide some mentoring. They have plenty of patients for a full time dentist but would consider part time as well.

This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of collections, benefits, PTO, 401K, and continuing education. This is a mature practice with a good patient base, doing around 1.5 million in collections on 4 days a week. They're doing n20, oral sedation and in office GA cases.

They have an excellent and long tenured staff to support the dentist. They also can offer excellent mentoring and collaboration from their senior dentists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans
• Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate any concerns or questions they may have
• Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.

Job Requirements:

• Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
• Pediatric residency completed or in the process of completing
• State Dental Board License
