Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client in West Chester, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong desire to grow and develop their skills as a dentist. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation.

This client is  open to mentoring a newer graduate or a dentist with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform all aspects of general dentistry including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures

- Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans

- Educate patients on oral health care and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Stay current with industry advancements and best practices

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university

- Active state dental license

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- Willingness to learn and grow as a dentist
