Hygienist

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hygienist to join our client in Springtown, Texas. As a Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our practice by providing exceptional patient care and promoting good oral hygiene habits.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and exams, including removing plaque and tartar, taking x-rays, and checking for signs of oral diseases

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care

- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants to protect teeth from decay

- Take and develop dental x-rays in accordance with state regulations and safety guidelines

- Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and providing suction

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment

- Collaborate with the dental team to provide the best possible care for patients

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in dental technology and techniques

Requirements:

- Active state hygiene license

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Proficient in using dental software and digital x-rays

- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols

- Ability to work well in a team and independently
