Position: Associate Dentist

Job Summary:

Seeking a long-term Associate.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

- Provide high-quality care and ensure patient satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans

- Stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technology

- Adhere to all infection control and safety guidelines

- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Open to new graduates with mentorship

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
