Associate Dentist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's dental practice on a full-time, permanent basis. You would be working alongside with another dentist. Staffed with 2 hygienist and 4 dental assistants.

2 years minimum experience doing general dentistry and cosmetic work.

$ 500-$ 800.00 daily guarantee and this is negotiable pending experience. Collections at 30%. No lab fees 

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality dental care to patients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care

- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Continuously enhance clinical skills through ongoing education and training

- Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

- Active state dental license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
