Position: Associate Periodontist

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Periodontist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for periodontal care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences.

Minimum of 7 years' experience and requirement of working in a referral based Perio practice.

Strong surgical skillset (implants, grafting, complex perio, laser)

Competitive guarantee to get started, then you will earn 35% of collections.

Responsibilities:

- Perform periodontal evaluations and diagnose and treat periodontal diseases

- Develop treatment plans for patients and communicate recommendations to the referring dentist

- Perform surgical procedures such as scaling and root planing, periodontal flap surgery, and dental implant placement

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment for patients

- Stay current with advancements in periodontal care and techniques through continuing education

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

- Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program

- Active state dental license and DEA registration

- Board certification or eligibility for board certification in periodontics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
